Dr. Wray De AndaDr. Wray De Anda is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of California. She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and those with a history of trauma.  The goal of treatment is to gain an understanding of the issue(s) and build coping mechanisms to work through and overcome the struggles.


Dr. De Anda has experience in infant mental health and childhood development, emphasizing the attachments of infants and young children to their parents and primary caregivers. In this context, attachment styles developed between children and their parents during early childhood, is viewed as greatly influencing future relationship patterns. The goal in treatment is to help parents increase their awareness and better attune to their children’s individual and changing needs in hopes to maximize the parent child relationship.


Dr. De Anda has a background in brief therapy and strength-based approaches, which she uses to help clients focus on realistic action plans to deal with problems. Dr. De Anda’s counseling and psychotherapy practice focuses on assessment, education, treatment, and positive outcomes for people who want to improve the quality of their lives.  In a safe and supportive environment, clients are able to gain greater insight into the sources of their problems and explore more effective ways of thinking and behaving in order to take the actions necessary to identify and achieve their goals.
