I am passionate about helping you discover who you want to be. Sometimes, we get stuck in this idealistic fantasy of who we are supposed to be, rather than what we are capable of. I have found that these misconstrued ideas of ourselves are actually less than are true potential.

I specifically specialize in parental education, relationship traumas focusing on multiple aspects of abuse, and the young adult college application space. Therapy is not meant to be life-long but a pause to look at the continued habits that have shaped our present reality.
